Brandon and Eldridge Restoration did a spectacular job! They were thorough and informative. The knowledge and experience that he had, was extensive and he was exquisitely professional! This was my first insurance claim for my house. He walked me through every step and let me know what to expect and/or anticipate. I would recommend to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and patient roofing company!

Michael was so thorough in explaining our options. He was nothing but professional. Everything happened as he explained it would. They did a wonderful job on our roof. And as Michael said, you couldn’t even tell they had been at our house and replaced a roof. Their clean up is remarkable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We’re very pleased with our new roof & customer service from Mike Marriott, Ashely & the crew. The roof looks great and our seasoned adjuster even commented on the great quality materials & workmanship. The crew was fast and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I have used Eldridge Restoration at one our rent houses for a roof repair, and also a full internal repair from water damage from a burst pipe. At another rent house they replaced the whole roof and it was an hour and a half drive out of town for them. They also replaced the roof at my residence. Brandon the Project Manager is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.
